  • Does anyone have a recipe for Applebee's Peach Sangria?

I went to applebee's and had their white peach sangria. The description said white zin, peach schnapps, tropical juice and sprite. I've tried to recreate this several times and at several different bars. It comes out a lot pinker than the one that I had at applebees. I'm having a party and want to make some of this sangria. If anyone knows how to make it, or even something close to it, I'd love to know.Does anyone have a recipe for Applebee's Peach Sangria?
Someone claiming to know an Applebees bartender posted this response:

    Red Apple Sangria

3 oz Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon

    1 oz Shakka Red Apple

    1/2 oz Grenadine

    1 oz Pineapple Juice

    1 oz Cranberry Juice

    Splash lemon-lime soda

Garnish with a maraschino cherry, lime and orange wedge squeezed. Pour over ice in a big glass.

Instead of Red Apple Shakka (whatever that is), just put in peach snapps, for the cabernet replace w/white zin, and you can try a white peachy cran-blend (oceanspray)? Good luck!Does anyone have a recipe for Applebee's Peach Sangria?

Basically, I just get a bottle of cheapish red wine, no point in wasting a ten pound bottle on Sangria. Add the best part of a carton of orange juice, a large glug of brandy, and chopped fresh fruit. A few sprigs of mint wouldn't go amiss either. Add loads of ice, and sugar to taste. Who cares about the exact measurement when you make this? Whenever I make it it's usually after a few drinks at a party already, so it's bucket cocktails at it's best. Always works for me.
all it is is red wine with lemonade and a bit of fruit the fruity the wine the better ad loads of vodka for extra kick and freeze it drink it very cold
    Red wine sangria recipe

    Ingredients for 4 persons:

1 bottle of chilled medium to good quality red wine

陆 cup of sugar (may vary depending on sweet tooth ! )

1 can of an orange fizzy drink

1 can of a lemon fizzy drink

3 pieces of different fruits ( cut in wedges or chunks-it is not necessary to peel them)

    1 tray of ice cubes.

Pour the bottle of red wine into a ceramic pitcher and stir in the sugar with the wooden spoon. Then add the ingredients in the order they are listed and stir again. The pieces of fruit are delicious for dessert, too.
A little hint is to get some frozen fruit from your grocery store and throw that in there. Not only does it make it taste better, it also acts as ice too.
-chop Oranges, apples, grapes %26amp; soak overnight in brandy and red wine

    - empty into large jug and pour some generous glugs of brandy into the jug

    1/2 Orange in thin slices

The best sangria recipe is from Cha Cha Cha restaurant in San Francisco and it is insanely easy!

    1 bottle of white wine

1 bottle of red wine (don't use the expensive stuff!)

    1 cup of sugar

Slice one whole orange and one whole lemon

Stir all ingredients together, place in refrigerator and let it sit over night! You can also add whatever other types of fruit that you like-apples and pears work well.

Lace with a little brandy or whatever other liquor-I like it without. My friends beg me to make this stuff! Enjoy!
    1 Litre of red wine

2 oranges (juice - ';naranjas de zumo';)

4 peaches, cut into small pieces

    5 desert spoons sugar

    2 pieces of lemon skin

    Steps:

1: Choose a red wine - Sangria is a refreshing drink and you don't need to use a vintage wine. We recommend a reasonably priced wine from Jumilla, Alicante or Valencia..... Put the wine into a jug, add the sugar, and stir until it is properly dissolved.

2: Squeeze the two oranges, and add the juice to the jug. Save a slice of orange skin to decorate.

3: Wash the peaches, peel them and cut them into small quarters (e.g. six per peach). Add them to the jug. If it is not Summer, you can use any other in-season fruit.

4: Put the jug into the fridge. Sangr铆a should always be served chilled. If you want to reduce the alchohol concentration, add icecubes and slices of lemon. If you want to increase the alcohol concentration, add a small amount of cognac or rum.
Here is a recipe that I found in my bartender's guide so hope it helps! Hic!

    Ingredients:

    6 oranges peeled and diced

    juice of 3 lemons

2 3/4 oz of rum or cognac

7 oz Malaga wine or Madeira

    1/2 cup of sugar

    3 bottles of red wine

1 1/2 bottles sparkling mineral water

Mix together the first 5 ingredients in a punch bowl then cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Add the red wine and mineral water just before serving.

Makes about 10 servings so hope it goes OK! Happy drinking!!

Cheap read table wine, Orange juice, chopped up apples, %26amp; or apples, and cherries. You can also add just a splash of gin in it and I've heard that a little brandy is also good.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 lemon

    1 lime

    1 orange

    1 1/2 cups rum

    1/2 cup white sugar

1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine

    1 cup orange juice

    DIRECTIONS

Have the fruit, rum, wine, and orange juice well chilled. Slice the lemon, lime and orange into thin rounds and place in a large glass pitcher. Pour in the rum and sugar. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours to develop the flavors.

When ready to serve, crush the fruit lightly with a wooden spoon and stir in the wine and orange juice. Adjust sweetness to taste.Need to make Sangria today, what's your favorite recipe for it?

What are the best recipe and tips to make nice Sangria?

I've been collecting Sangria recipes, tips, and suggestions for many years. In essence Sangria is a red wine punch, created in Spain and made popular in the US at the 1964 World's Fair. It normally has red wine, brandy, and fruit. However, it can be made in just about any style you can imagine.

Sangria is the perfect party punch that just about everybody loves! Fresh, fruity, delicious, Sangria can be made in any number of styles from spicy to mild to rich to bubbly

    Grand Marnier Sangria

I had this at a local, classy fish restaurant. It was really quite tasty so I asked for the recipe. Here's how you create a Grand Marnier Sangria, with lots of fruit and orange flavor!

    1 bottle Woodbridge Cabernet

    4 shots Grand Marnier

    6 cherries, sliced

    2 oranges, segmented

    1 lemon, quartered

    1 lime, quartered

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for a few hours. Strain and serve over ice.

    Fruity Sangria Blanca

Sangria with fruit is a perfect summertime drink. What makes it great is that you can customize it to hold your favorite fruits, and get some lovely nutrition as well! Where most sangrias are made with red wine, this is made with white wine to emphasize the fruity flavors.

1 bottle Spanish (or other favorite) white wine

    1/3 cup sugar

    3/4 cup peach-flavored brandy

    6 tbsp thawed lemonade concentrate

    8 oz sliced peaches

    1 cup sliced green grapes

    1 cup sliced red grapes

Mix together the wine, sugar, brandy and lemonade until well mixed. Add in the fruits, and refrigerate overnight.

Serve the next day from a large pitcher filled with ice

    Sangria - The Mexican Kitchen

Sometimes Mexican cookbooks just have the boring things you can get out of any webpage. Burrito. Taco. Quesadilla. But then, sometimes, you find the truly special cookbooks that reach deeper, into the interesting things that Mexicans actually eat much of the time. Do we really think that people in Mexico eat tacos every single day, for every meal?

Here's a sample recipe from this great cookbook - their Sangria. It's interesting because, unlike most sangrias, it can be served instantly without sitting overnight. Also, the notes say that it's slightly less alcoholic than the Spanish original.

    Ingredients

4 cups dry red table wine

2/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

    1/2 cup caster sugar

2 lines or 1 apple, sliced, to serve

Half fill a large jug with ice cubes. Pour in the wine and the orange and lime juices.

Add the sugar and stir well until it has dissolved. Pour into tumblers and float the lime or apple slices on top.

    Serve at once.

NOTE: Caster sugar is a very fine sugar, although not as powdery as confectioner's sugar. It's used in drinks because it dissolves easily. If you only have normal sugar, grind it up a bit in your food processor

Here's my recipe for peach sangria:

1 peach or nectarine sliced thin and peeled.

    1 lemon sliced

1 can jumex peach nectar or equivalent

    1/4 cup peach schnapps

1 bottle prosecco, champagne, cava, or asti spumante, depending on the level of sweetness you like.

Put fruit in the bottom of a glass pitcher. Smush it a little. Pour in the can of nectar and the liquor. Let stand about an hour. When ready to serve, pour in the prosecco and pour over ice. No need for club soda if you use sparkling wine.

OR, you could replace the prosecco with a bottle of white wine and 2 cups of club soda/mineral water. Whatever you like.

Sangria is a red wine punch, created in Spain and made popular in the US at the 1964 World's Fair. It normally has red wine, brandy, and fruit. However, it can be made in just about any style you can imagine.

Sangria is based on the traditional red wine punch popular across europe for hundreds of years. The punch base would be claret, i.e. Bordeaux wine from France. Brandy and fruit would be added to the punch for flavor. In the 1700s and 1800s, Claret Cup Punch could be found at parties of all sizes.
